We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Laghetto with a breathtaking view. The location was ideal, just minutes away from Vale dos Vinhedos. The staff, especially Marcelo, was incredibly helpful and provided a well-organized binder of activities and restaurants. The wifi was reliable and there were plenty of outlets. The cafe in the lobby served excellent coffee. we highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, offering plenty of options to keep myself and my kids entertained.

The hotel room was clean and tidy with a great view of the area from our window. the staff was courteous and always offered to help us with our needs. the hotel was located very close to some great restaurants and shops, which made it easy for us to go out and explore the area. the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of dishes to choose from.

It's situated in a central spot that's close to many wineries in the region. the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. the bathroom was large with sufficient counter space. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was impressive with a range of options. the hotel had excellent facilities like strong free Wi-Fi and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

The elevators were slow and during my stay, one of them was out of order.
